Routines have little to do with growing. Growing is 80% done of the kitchen, at least. Without a healthy diet your basically going up the creek without a paddle. In this article I'm going to try to teach what a good routine is made of.

First, you need to get your goals straight. Are you bulking or cutting? It makes no difference, only difference between bulking and cutting is the amount and what you eat and the amount of cardio. Plain and simple. When bulking, your routine should be ...

"Should you workout while sick?"

by MVP

This question has been frequently asked in numerous amounts of forums I've been members of. There's two answers here. Yes, why? Working out with 60% less weight than you normally worked out with can keep muscle memory awake. It can also give you something to do while being sick.

Then again- No. Why not? Your body is already fighting in over-time to fight off the infection inside your body. Give it rest, rest is what it needs. ...

by MVP

How do you bulk? Simple. You add mass. Adding mass will be consistant of two things, 1 being diet, and the other being volume. Volume is simply lifting at your max effort. Avoiding overtraining is the best way to add mass, do this by seperating your exercises. For example, you may have a "chest" day, but do you think your chest are only worked on "chest" day? Absolutly not! Chest will again be worked on arms day, again on back day, ...
