"Should you workout while sick?"

This question has been frequently asked in numerous amounts of forums I've been members of. There's two answers here. Yes, why? Working out with 60% less weight than you normally worked out with can keep muscle memory awake. It can also give you something to do while being sick.

Then again- No. Why not? Your body is already fighting in over-time to fight off the infection inside your body. Give it rest, rest is what it needs.

This can be debatable, for some yes, then for some no. Find out how you respond first and remeber to decrease the weight you would normally with by 60%.
